Your professional profile / About me

I am an experienced Intercultural Support Worker with a strong focus on supporting Ukrainian communities and helping people successfully integrate into life and work in Ireland. My role includes working closely with County Councils, training centres, schools, and Family Resource Centres to create inclusive opportunities and provide practical support for individuals and families.

I organise community events, deliver workshops on CV writing, interview preparation, and job readiness skills, and provide guidance on employment and social support services. I also assist with translation and interpretation in public institutions, including Intreo and other state services, helping clients complete official documentation and access the support they need.

In addition, I provide one-to-one mentoring based on individual needs, supporting people with personal development, confidence building, career direction, and accessing the right services and opportunities. I also facilitate art workshops, eco-therapy activities, and wellbeing-focused community programmes that promote connection and emotional wellbeing.

My key strengths include communication, cultural mediation, community engagement, mentoring, and problem-solving. I am looking for opportunities where I can continue supporting diverse communities and helping people feel confident, included, and empowered.
