As co-lead of WP2, Gairmeach’s change management experts will lead the labour market analysis across partner regions, identifying skills gaps in industries with high demand for talent. These findings will be digitally published in an accessible format, ensuring that the information is open and usable for stakeholders across Europe.
WP5: Impact Evaluation and Online Resource Hub
Gairmeach also co-leads WP5, taking charge of developing and maintaining the project’s online resource hub. Their team will ensure the hub is user-friendly, accessible, and filled with relevant content for Ukrainian women and employers. Additionally, Gairmeach will lead the creation and execution of an impact evaluation framework, using AI tools to collect, analyse, and report data on the effectiveness of the training programmes and integration efforts.

- Aine Hamill, an Instructional Designer at Gairmeach, is a digital learning expert, specialising in integrating AI into educational content.
