Project Activities

1

Talent and Labour Market Mapping

This activity lays the groundwork for PROMOTE by identifying the skills and qualifications of highly skilled migrant women across partner regions. Detailed labour market reports highlight existing skill gaps and key opportunities in sectors undergoing green and digital transitions. These insights help design targeted interventions to bridge the gap between talent and market needs, benefiting both migrants and employers.

2

PROMOTE TRAINING for High Skilled Migrant Women and Employers

We provide tailored training sessions for highly skilled migrant women and employers to overcome barriers to employment. These sessions address unconscious bias, enhance understanding of foreign qualifications, and promote inclusive hiring practices. Our training equips women with the skills to thrive and helps employers tap into the untapped talent pool, fostering a more diverse and inclusive workforce.

3

PROMOTE WBL Job Placements

This activity connects highly skilled migrant women with real-world job placements in high-demand sectors. Through strategic partnerships, we create work-based learning opportunities that allow women to gain hands-on experience, enhancing their employability and career prospects. These placements also raise employer awareness of the valuable contributions migrant women bring to the workforce, paving the way for permanent employment opportunities.
